Inafam was born from the need of the people to generate and receive proposals that contribute to the strengthening of the family nucleus, care, protection and comprehensive defense of its members, for this reason a group of specialists present to the national government the proposal for the creation and financing of the fd. National Family Institute (Inafam), integrating in this way as an entity of attention to the order of Venezuelan families in the National System of Missions supporting with its multidisciplinary teams throughout the country, carrying out arduous work in the Mission Bases, communities of extreme poverty through the formation of a responsible fatherhood and motherhood, prevention of domestic violence, managing to consolidate an inter-institutional work team with the Public Ministry in matters of protection of children and adolescents and gender violence, jointly with all the security agencies that make up the great Mission A Toda Vida Venezuela and later with Socialist Justice, in order to strengthen, together with the mayors and governors, a process of transformation and raise Venezuelan families to an adequate standard of living through of the culture of love, healthy family coexistence, and teaching parents in the role of main educators of their children.

In 2014 the Inafam Foundation is invited by the Bolivarian Government of President Nicolás Maduro to be part of the government structure, thus achieving logistical financing and human resources, hand in hand with corporate social responsibility and self-management.

Today Inafam continues to give the Venezuelan people its professionalism, sensitivity and love.
